Hosting guests up to 50 indoors and 225 outdoors, this historic estate is for couples envisioning a charming and exquisite space for their perfect day. There are multiple locations on property to host the ceremony, cocktail hour, and sit down dinner.

Our property also boasts five luxury bedrooms that are included in the wedding weekend package. With access to the property for the weekend, the possibilities are endless for your dream day. The property is full of charm and warmth. We cannot wait to welcome you!

Platinum

Prime Weekend: (May-October)
Introducing our comprehensive wedding weekend package - The Platinum Package. Enjoy a 2-night stay for up to 10 guest, with check-in available from 3:00 pm on Friday and check-out at noon on Sunday. This extended timeframe ensures you ample relaxation without any concerns. On Friday, you have the option to host your rehearsal dinner with up to 50 guest or gather all your bridesmaids for pre-wedding fun.

Gold

Prime Weekend: (May-October)
Experience our Gold Package, offering a one-night stay for up to 10 guests. Check-in begins at 9:00 am on Saturday, and check-out at noon on Sunday, providing the perfect timeframe to turn the venue into your dream wedding space. Your cozy sleeping quarters are just steps away, ensuring a seamless and stress-free celebration.

Silver

Prime Weekend: (May-October)
The Silver Package is designed for the wedding day itself. Begin setting up at 9:00 am and conclude the day at 11:00 pm. It offers the most cost-effective option. Choose to exchange vows in our exquisite foyer or beneath the shade of our magnificent magnolia tree.

PLEASE NOTE:

We require special event liability insurance of not less than $1m in single limit liability and a general aggregate liability of not less than $2m with The Presley House listed as the additional insured. Preferred Partner Eventsured

We require a $750 refundable damage deposit and a down payment to secure your date.

The Presley House has no hidden fees. Place settings and the flower stand are the only things we offer in addition to our rental fee for an additional cost. 

Due to our liquor license, no outside alcohol is allowed on the premises to remain compliant with the State of Kentucky liquor laws and regulations. 

Kentucky has a 6.0% tax rate.
